Derivation
The variable is created from information collected on number of children under 5 (variable TOHL8) and women aged 15-49 (TOHL6) in HH file. Indicator for sample group: indicates if household has women or children. If nor children under 5 (TOHL8=0) nor women aged 15-49 (TOHL6=0) live in the household, indicator has value 0. If at least one child under 5 (TOHL8>=1) lives in the household indicator has value 1. If there is no children under 5 (TOHL8=0) in the household, but at least one women aged 15-49 lives in the household indicator has value 2.
